At America's northernmost border crossing, international travelers are entreated to a constant harangue by the proprietor of the only restaurant in this hamlet. Since it is on the American side, the "conversation" is sprinkled with a lot of Tea Party rhetoric about the road construction convoy that is holding everyone up. Even though the coffee is "free," it's understandable why most patrons have lost their appetite.
