Google is changing. They have instituted a May 30, 2022 deadline to make access to external applications (like mail in Plone 4.3.x) impossible. See appended screenshot. Obviously this will need to be addressed on this site as well as on Art Goes Postal before the deadline. Without the email application, users will not be able to reset their passwords, to name one critical use case. I'm sure lots of Plone admins are seeing this problem looming.
