Butte, America has never been able to add value to the raw materials that made it famous as the Richest Hill on Earth. Rather, the surplus value of Butte's labor was exported to banksters in New York City.

I was listening to Montana Public Radio one morning in 1990 and heard about an event to be held later that day in Butte, America, about an hour's drive from where I lived.
