Environmental destruction by corporate agriculture and fossil fuel extraction is being forced on all the critters that call the American Northern Plains home. In not so many decades, the only access anglers will have to the species depicted in this public area will be this public art. And all the while, we—as humans who let this happen—knew this would be their fate and did nothing of note to prevent this catastrophe.
