This is the new face of farming in Iowa (I grew up there). Of course, it's been going on for a while, but coming from the west you didn't used to see these types of buildings until Iowa and not until recently. Who knows what goes on here that we end up eating? Corporations and their political enablers, whose only god is money, don't want you to know. It's like they've made it illegal to document a crime scene. Other corporations have no problem if you take notes of food production or consumption in a restaurant, not to mention other worksites. But not agribusiness. They're afraid the evidence would turn our stomachs.
