Presidential campaigns are little more than grifts for campaign consultants to manipulate public opinion about a particular candidate. The Racist Death Cult (R) has perfected this strategy but the Democratic Party candidates are not above pandering for votes and then delivering nothing. It's no wonder that a bare majority of eligible voters actually vote.
